Advisor to the Ukrainian President Yury Biryukov on Wednesday told about the massive evasion of a new wave of mobilization, which was launched on 20 January. In June 2014 the Ukrainian government has allocated an additional 9, 5 billion hryvnia (about $ 800 million) on a cash security soldiers and logistical support of the army.
