The EU Council has tried to convince all parties not to violate Minsk consensus in Ukraine
The Council of the European Union agitating parties to the conflict in Ukraine not to disturb the Minsk consensus, it is reported in the summary statement of the foreign Ministers of the 28 EU countries.
