Vladimir Dobrovolsky. The head of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the member countries of the EU urged all parties not to violate Minsk consensus and urgently convene a new tripartite meeting of the contact group on the settlement of the situation in Ukraine, according to the final Declaration of the European Council on foreign relations.

The Council advocates that all parties to exercise responsibility and to fulfill their obligations under the Minsk agreements, " he told the Ministers.

They also believe that " all the signatories of the Minsk agreements must urgently convene (meeting) in the framework of the tripartite liaison group ".
