Arms deliveries to the Ukraine would violate decisions and the rule of conduct of the EU countries, said the Russian Ambassador to the EU Vladimir Chizhov.

"It would be clear infractions of international law, including the UN Charter, the OSCE documents and, moreover, their own decisions of the EU code of conduct," Chizhov said in an interview to television channel in response to the question, as if he reacted to the possibility of arms of Ukraine a number of countries that consider this possibility.
