The US has allowed its banks to open and maintain accounts of the citizens of Crimea informed on the last working day of the week the US Treasury.

The resolution refers to "ordinary citizens" of the Peninsula, that is, those who do not relate to personal punishment. The funds are open for Crimeans, must be used for private purposes, and not for doing business in the Crimea.

USA in the early winter of 2014 imposed a trade blockade of the Crimea, banning economic relations and trade with the Peninsula.
