Naryshkin does not support a moratorium on the death penalty in the Russian Federation
The speaker of the state Duma of Russia Sergei Naryshkin said that did not support the decision to cancel the Russian moratorium on the death penalty.

the MPs from the liberal democratic party first told that the possible withdrawal of Russia from the Council of Europe means automatic termination decisions of the European court of human rights (ECtHR) in the Russian Federation, and also gives the right to restore the death penalty in the Criminal code. In their vision, the moratorium will give the ability to execute a large number of bandits that are on today in Russian prisons.
