Deinega and Putilin arrived in Minsk on the last working day of the week in the morning, but in the 2nd part of the day left the capital of Belarus, said that the meeting of the contact group did not take place, because the Commissioner of Kiev, ex-President of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma came to conversations. Kuchma later said that the meeting may be held on Saturday. He also said that negotiations are required to participate leaders of the breakaway republics of Donbass.
