The government took into account the demands that the popular front was filed to the bill "On recreational fishing". A range of important measures that will eliminate the INSTITUTION of fishing area (RPU) for the organization of Amateur and sport fishing, BIP argued with experts and fishermen lovers.

According to the text of the amendments in the draft law "On recreational fishing", which were adopted at the insistence of the Russian popular front, agreements on the allocation of fishing areas for the organization of recreational and sport fishing will be in effect only until December 31, 2015. In water bodies of the North, Siberia and the Far East, the government will have the right to find the mining districts, where there are valuable fish species and leave women treaties RPU in force until the end of their term.

"Although since the introduction of the bill to the amending it caused a group of discontent gentlemen, after 2 years, the principled position of the front all this time remained constant: the UNIVERSITY fishing grounds for Amateur and sport fishing should be liquidated, the creation of new fishing grounds is prohibited. Between fisherman with a fishing rod and fish should disappear referee and fishing should be free, without permits," cites the Department of public relations front of the state Duma Deputy Leonid Ogula.

Some questions as before need to be expanded. "The government amendments retained the possibility of organizing RPU for the most important fish species of the North, Siberia and the Far East, but as a rule it applies to fish related to the salmon family, the catch of which the state must control. And yet, we will discuss in the state Duma the issue next week scheduled meeting of the Committee on natural resources, environment and ecology, which among other things proposed to invite experts and the public," said an activist of the popular front.

"I am glad that finally the government has made his own corrections, which include the deal of the fishing community and the popular front. We expect that illegal tightened the execution of the order, the country's leaders will fail. To achieve the desired result, we intend to apply to the majority faction "United Russia" and other factions of the state Duma as soon as possible to adopt the document in the 2nd and 3rd readings", - said Leonid Ogul.

The original text of the legislative initiative has caused dissatisfaction among anglers because it actually fixed the illegal actions RPU by limiting access to the reservoirs. In the result of long negotiations adherents of the Russian popular front and the head of the Ministry of agriculture has developed a compromise solution, according to which the bill is adopted in the first reading as the basis for significant improvements, the direction of which will be given by the joint working group of experts of the front and Ministry.
