Media: head of Cyprus does not support the extension of sanctions the EU against Russia
The head of the Republic of Cyprus Nikos Anastasiadis said that opposes the expansion of sanctions against Russia from the EU because of the situation in Ukraine, informs on Sunday, Xinhua news Agency.

"We want to protect further deterioration in relations between Russia and the EU ", - quotes Agency the message Anastasiadis.

the head of Cyprus said that the majority of EU countries take a similar position, supporting more diplomatic steps than the introduction of additional sanctions against Russia.
