The President of the Russian Federation centuries Putin, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, head of the French Republic Francois Hollande and the head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko agreed that the meeting of experts and the Contact group in Ukraine will prepare rules and the content of the summit in Minsk, the press service of the President of the Russian Federation.

Such agreement was reached during a telephone negotiations " channel four on Sunday.

"Agreed that the joint work on the preparation of comprehensive measures aimed at resolving the crisis in the South-East of Ukraine, will continue at the expert level in Berlin on 9 February. Then there will be a meeting of the Contact group. The goal is to prepare the rules and the content of the planned summit in "channel format" in Minsk eleven February, according to the report.

As stated before, the leaders "channel four" agreed to hold the first day of the week meeting in Berlin with the participation of the authorized foreign Ministry, and to build on Tuesday tripartite meeting of the Contact group.
