Poroshenko is ready to impose martial law The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko announced that Kiev should be prepared both to peace and to the army to resolve the incident. If the incident requires, then martial law will be imposed on all areas of the state.

The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko continues to make statements that contradict each other. After proclaiming that he was going to Minsk for an unconditional cease-fire, he immediately began to impose additional conditions of the armistice and, moreover, highlighted the military way out of the incident as 1 possible.

In that case, if this incident will require, martial law will be announced on all areas of the state. "And I, both the government and the Verkhovna Rada is ready to transition to a decision on the introduction of the military situation on the territory of Ukraine. I will not fluctuate with the decision, if the irresponsible actions of the aggressor will lead to a further escalation of the incident" - quoted by RIA Novosti Poroshenko.

With all this to offer inflated the autonomy of the Donbas, which is considered one of the main requirements of the adepts of Donetsk and Lugansk national republics, the Ukrainian President did not intend. "Decentralization, which we are developing, will not have anything to do with federalization. Ukraine has been and will be a unitary state," Poroshenko stressed at the enlarged session of the government.

Namely, the defence of Donbass, taking into account the opinion of the Ukrainian President should as before be dependent on the Central government, and not depend on the interests and possibilities of the region. "I wish to warn you that there are a range of issues which decentralization will not affect in any way where the role of the centre, the role of the state would not decrease but increase. It concerns the protection. Not going to have virtually any delegate rights, the defence of the state, we will have virtually no local battalions, divisions of the people's militias and other nonsense", he added.

Petro Poroshenko, apparently, not rejects that ignoring the interests of the followers of Donetsk and Lugansk national republics would adversely affect the peace negotiations. The meeting, therefore, not only will not bring projected out of the crisis, but may only increase the incident.

In this regard, Poroshenko advises residents of the state and members of Parliament not only to plan for peace, but prepare to conduct active hostilities. "Alas, we must be ready 2 options: and to the world, and to protect the country," he declared.
