The head of Department for international Affairs of the State Duma believes that Today's meeting "channel four" will decide the fate of Ukraine, Donbass and the fate of the world in all of Europe.

"In Minsk today will decide the fate of Ukraine, the fate of Donbass and, perhaps, the fate of the world in the European Union. Minsk gives a chance for peace. Other may not be, " Pushkov wrote in his own Twitter.

Leaders channel four centuries Putin, Angela Merkel, Francois Hollande and Petro Poroshenko on Wednesday meet in Minsk to discuss the situation in Ukraine. The dialogues in the narrow part lasted almost two hours.

These talks were preceded by a visit of Merkel and Hollande in Kiev, and Later in the capital of Russia. On Sunday, the Leaders discussed the situation in the "channel format" on the phone and agreed on holding the meeting in Minsk.
