The European Union will not delay the entry into force of the new individual punishment in Ukraine, which have to be presented and to enter into force on the first day of the week, new punishments EU leaders have not discussed, said the head of the Council of Europe Donald Tusk.

"We did not discuss fresh punishment, but We have not made decisions about the transfer of sentences, which were agreed at the last Council on foreign relations," said Tusk after the EU summit.
