yesterday the people's choice party Opposition bloc, " Oleksandr Vilkul said that the Kyiv District administrative Court on Wednesday overturned the point of resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers about the restriction of social benefits and pensions civilians living in areas of Donetsk and Lugansk regions, which are controlled by the militia.

As stated by the press service of the court on Thursday, the Court is not fully satisfied the claim to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine with the participation of third parties - the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of social policy, the pension Fund of Ukraine to recognize illegal this decision and its abolition.

"The court declared illegal and invalid since the adoption of the second paragraph - time payment of budgetary institutions, the implementation of social benefits for the population and the provision of financial support to individual enterprises and organizations of Donetsk and Lugansk regions ", - said the press service of the court.

The court stresses that this clause of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers included termination costs within the Donetsk and Lugansk regions of the state budget, budget of the pension Fund of Ukraine and the budgets of other funds of compulsory state social insurance before the return of this territory under the supervision of the authorities.
