The self-proclaimed militia Donetsk national Republic cannot ensure the safety of employees of the OSCE in the area of Debaltsevo because of the fire from the Ukrainian security officials, said the Deputy commander of the militia DND Eduard Bacurin.

"We appeal to journalists, employees of international organizations not to violate in the area (Debaltsevo) extreme caution. No security guarantees We cannot provide, " said he.

"They (law-enforcers) hide behind civilians," he drew the attention of Bacurin.
