The European Union has expressed interest in developing cooperation with Russia at a high political level and at the level of relations of ordinary people, said the head of the EU delegation to Russia Vygaudas u?ackas reporters during a visit to Murmansk.

U?ackas did not explain the possibility of introducing additional penalties with regard to Russia, because, in his vision, at present, all parties need to focus on ensuring that the Minsk agreements, and not to wonder " what if." The head of the EU delegation said that the European Union States does not want to isolate itself from Russia.
