Company "Naftogaz of Ukraine" informs about temporary suspension of gas supplies in the Donbass due to the extreme destruction of the transportation infrastructure.

"Due to numerous injuries transmission infrastructure caused by gunfire and explosions within the fighting, between February 18 and ended the supply of natural gas in the area of the ATO. Restoration of gas supply as long as it is impossible due to the continuation of hostilities in the region ", - informs the press-service.

The Ukrainian gas transportation system operator Ukrtransgaz confirms readiness to begin work on restoring the infrastructure, once the fighting will be over and people will be able to reach disaster areas without danger to their life and health.
