The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko signed a decree on awarding posthumously the title of Hero of Ukraine to the five activists, and among them a former member of the city Council of Gorlovka, attempted to remove the flag from the city hall and to install in its place the national flag of Ukraine, shall be notified on the official Internet representation of the head of the country.
