As reported, the decision was taken by the Investigative judge of the Pechersk district court Oksana Prince in the framework put forward by Ephraim suspicion of inciting ethnic hatred. For example, in the operative part of the court decision said that the judge came to the conclusion about the need of using bail as a preventive measure.
