We all understand that the ideal of truce, ideal modes ceasefire does not happen, " - said Lavrov.

"When the day before yesterday in Paris met "channel four" at the level of Ministers of foreign Affairs, our German colleague fully agreed that until will not start the withdrawal of heavy weapons, the risks of incidents will be immeasurably higher than in the breeding of military equipment, " the Minister added.

dialogues " channel four ", held on 12 February, took place against a background of a sharp aggravation of the situation in the Donbass, instigated by the Ukrainian law enforcers who, having increased strength, began to storm the position of the militia.
