The HRC has asked the Prosecutor General to translate Savchenko under home detention
The presidential Council on human rights (HRC) on the first day of the week sent a letter to the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation with a request to consider changing the measure of restraint for Ukrainian pilots Hope Savchenko on home detention, told reporters the head of the human rights Council Mikhail Fedotov, who visited Savchenko in jail together with a member of the Board Elizabeth Glinka.

Accused of belonging in the death of Russian correspondents Ukrainian pilots Hope Savchenko is hosted in Russian jail since the summer of 2014. More than 70 days she is on hunger strike, demanding to return to their homeland.
