The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has signed a decree on the formation of Donetsk and Lugansk regional civil-military administrations, informs the press service of the Ukrainian President.
"Donetsk and Lugansk regional state administration buy status Donetsk and Lugansk regional civil-military administrations, and their heads - the status of Directors of the Donetsk and Lugansk regional civil-military administrations. The same and relatively educated administrations of the lowest level ", - reported in the report on the Internet office of the President of Ukraine. At the end of February Poroshenko has signed the legislation, focusing on the development of civil-military administrations in towns of Donetsk and Lugansk regions. First of the NSDC of Ukraine has made the initiative to adjust to the law on the establishment of civil-military administrations in the Donbass, the legislation was adopted by the Parliament in early February. Poroshenko said that the military-civil administration will be working in the regions to conduct Kiev local elections, and to lead them will be able to both military and civilians who live within controlled Kiev. on January 27, the head of the National Council DND Andrey Burgin said that the development of civil-military administrations within the Donetsk region, controlled by the Kyiv aimed at concealing information about the illegal actions of the government. According to the law, civil-military administration is a temporary state agencies that operate from the security Service of Ukraine. They will be created by decision of the President of Ukraine. The structure and staffing of the civil-military administrations will also be argued in the security service of Ukraine upon submission of the head of administration. Military-civil administration will be created in those villages, where village, settlement, city councils and/or their Executive bodies do not carry out assigned to them by the Constitution and legislative acts of Ukraine range of possibilities ".
