The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said that during the meeting of the Council of national security and defence (NSDC) approved a plan for the erection of fortifications.
"Agreed procedure for construction with the appropriate definition of performers and responsible to the regional state administrations, which are responsible for every part on the line of contact and the funding of these activities, according to the report on the official Internet office of the President of Ukraine. At the end of February, the Commissioner of the Central management of the engineering troops of the military might of Ukraine Vadim Sacada stated that in the area of conducting military operations fully built two defense lines, the third line will go across the administrative boundary line with the Donetsk and Lugansk regions. Remember, the Ukrainian government decided to postpone the implementation of the project "the Wall" on strengthening the border with Russia, because from the very beginning, already approved by the contractor of the project was the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine, but later "the Wall" was transferred to the State border service. In the early autumn of last year about the start of the project "the Wall" said the Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk. However, Kiev experts have told that the plan Yatsenyuk is just an excuse for jokes, and the project will turn into an ordinary " cut ".
