the Ministry stressed that the Complex of measures on execution of the Minsk agreements, signed on 12 February leaders " channel four ", envisaged (paragraph 4) that no later than 30 days from this date, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine shall adopt a resolution indicating the territory covered by the special regime in Accordance with the legislative act of Ukraine " On the temporary procedure for local government in some areas of Donetsk and Lugansk regions ".
