According to the NSDC Secretary such enrollment in reserve in case of an emergency will provide an opportunity to mobilize reservists for a day and it does not require the assistance of the military.

"so, we will build thousands of reserve, which will be able in case of danger to stand in ranks during the day, even without the participation of the military," said Turchynov, noting that the relevant draft law has already been prepared and will be submitted to the Parliament.

in addition, the NSDC Secretary noticed that demobilized first Ukrainian soldiers if necessary, will be sent to the part where already passed military service.

in 2015, Ukraine announced a partial mobilization, which will be held in 3 waves, as was the case in 2014. 1st stage began on January 20 and will last 90 days. Within the first year and the fourth in two years, waves of mobilization is expected to call for service about 52 thousand people.
