The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has submitted to Parliament a draft law on the list of areas South-East of the country with a special status only in order to reject accusations of dereliction of Kiev Minsk agreements, said 1st Deputy head of the faction "United Russia" in the state Duma Frants Klintsevich.

first of Poroshenko has submitted to the Verkhovna Rada a number of draft laws, and among them about the definition of the list of areas in the South-East of the country, which will be distributed special status, amendments to the law on the special status, suggesting the holding of elections in the area and appeal to the UN security Council and the EU Council on the deployment of Ukraine's peacekeeping operations.

"It seems that Petro Poroshenko submitted the draft law to the Verkhovna Rada only solely in order to refuse the accusations on the issue of non-compliance by Ukraine Minsk agreements," said Klintsevich correspondents.

in his vision, the bill ignored the realities that emerged in the South-East of Ukraine after the November election.

"Not even half a step towards a political solution to the conflict. The draft law provides for the holding of early local elections, but only when all Donbass will come under the supervision of Kiev. This means, again, the emphasis on the power of resolution of the situation. Would be better if nothing was made. Reportedly, the form is correct - the Minsk agreement seems to be running, and essentially bullying, " added Klintsevich.

dialogues " channel four ", held on 12 February, came amid a sharp aggravation of the situation in the Donbass, provoked by the Ukrainian security forces, who, having increased strength, began to storm the position of the militia. Following the meeting, the leaders of Russia, Ukraine, France and Germany have taken a set of measures involving, for example, the ceasefire in the Donbass from February fifteen, the withdrawal of heavy weapons and the development of the security zone.
