According to them, she didn't respond to requests to follow the rules of conduct on Board, and came into conflict with the flight attendants, using obscene language. "Due to the fact that similar behavior was a danger to other passengers and jeopardize the continuation of the flight, the adherents of the airlines were forced to deny the violator in flight and to return the aircraft to the departure airport", reports the public relations Department.
