The OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier not sure peacekeeping operation, the UN in Ukraine, which insists Kiev, will be more successful than the work of the OSCE observers in the conflict area.

On Tuesday, the Parliament of Ukraine blessed message from the President of Petro Poroshenko in the UN security Council and the EU Council on the deployment within the country international peacekeeping and security.

"there is no exact answer whether a peacekeeping operation, the UN more successful (the OSCE). We have the Minsk agreement, there are a number of items on which the understanding, including technical measures, in which we can observe the greater part of the territory (of the conflict). This can compensate for the insufficient presence (observers), " said Zannier correspondents.
