The Supreme economic Court of Ukraine dismissed the appeal of the "daughter" of "Transneft" on the decision of the court of Rivne on the nationalization of the Ukrainian section of the pipeline " Samara - West direction, leaving the tubing in the ownership of Ukraine, informs the press service of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.

DP "Precarpathians" early winter filed in the Supreme economic Court of Ukraine an appeal against this decision.

According to the Prosecutor General's office indicated the main oil Pipeline, built in the USSR As a strategic asset, from 24 August 1991 became the property of Ukraine. Because of this, the main Prosecutor's office of Ukraine for protection of state interests filed a claim for recognition of ownership of the said property for state and vindication from his illegal possession of a commercial structure.

At the same time DP "Precarpathians" joint and several organizations of the Russian Federation, leaving no attempts to leave the private ownership of Pipelines, appealed against the court decision to the Supreme economic Court of Ukraine. The appeal court examined the case on March 17, 2015, agreed with the arguments of the Prosecutor and left the decision of the court without change, " according to the report.
