Yatsenyuk ordered " to involve the Russian Federation to justice in the Hague court
Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk ordered the foreign Ministry to send a message to the Hague court, and the Prosecutor's office to begin the process of engaging Russia accountable for its aggression against Ukraine ".

"The Ukrainian foreign Ministry has prepared a relevant draft Declaration in Accordance with article of the Rome Statute, and the message has to be sent to the Hague court, and the chief Prosecutor's office of Ukraine must urgently begin the process regarding the involvement of the Russian Federation responsible for the aggression against Ukraine in the Hague Tribunal," said Yatsenyuk at the meeting of the Cabinet.

The Rome Statute, which entered into force in 2002, is the basis of the activities of the ICC. Ukraine and several other countries, the jurisdiction of the international justice does not apply. In April 2014, the government recommended the Parliament to ratify the statutes of the ICC (Rome Statute), which were signed in 2000, but until now has not been done.

The Ukrainian authorities, as well as the US and EU before many times accused Moscow of meddling in Ukraine's Affairs. Russia denies it and calls such accusations are unacceptable. Moscow has repeatedly stated that it is not a party to domestic conflict and not privy to the events in the Southeast, is interested in Ukraine to overcome the political and economic crisis.

The Russian defense Ministry also reported many times that does not supply the militia military equipment, ammunition and other assistance. The application of Kyiv on this issue in the war Ministry called "absolute nonsense" that " defies criticism."
