FMS asked to allow refugees in Ukraine to find a job without the approval of
The presidential Council on human rights (HRC) FMS requests to revisit the issue of simplified procedure of employment in the Russian Federation for Ukrainian immigrants.

"The Council under the President of the Russian Federation on development of civil society and human rights appealed to the Federal migration service of the Russian Federation with a request to return to the issue of introducing changes in the law which would allow for a simplified procedure to be employed refugees from the conflict zone in the South-East of Ukraine," is notified to the Internet office of the HRC on Wednesday.

the report notes that human rights defenders HRC in summer we proposed to amend the law, which will allow time to permit persons forced to leave Ukraine applying for temporary asylum, to work in Russia without obtaining permission of the workplace at any employers (FMS of Russia, Ministry of labour).

"However, the problem is not solved, and refugees continue to apply to the HRC with complaints of problems with the device on workplace due to the lack of financial ability to purchase the patents on the right of labour activity in the Russian Federation ", - stated in the message.
