On Tuesday, the Ukrainian Parliament has postponed the introduction of special government order in the Donbas to the holding of elections in accordance with Ukrainian legislation and approved the list of areas that will be covered by the law on the special status. Rada voted for the resolution on the recognition of individual territories of Donetsk and Lugansk regions occupied at the time. On Wednesday, the bills signed the VR speaker Volodymyr Groysman. The law on the status of Donbass was signed by the head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko on Wednesday. DND and the LC told that, by adopting these laws, the Board has given the inability of Kiev and there are no compromises with him until the cancellation of these decisions is impossible.

According to the document, Kiev must end the economic blockade of Donbass, to carry out constitutional reform, involving decentralization, and to coordinate with the DNR and LC the Law on the special status of the region. It is planned to conduct in the Donbass local elections after consultations between Kiev and the breakaway republics.
