"Nothing to Rewrite will not work. Minsk consensus is the result of semnadcatiletnij negotiations. Documents signed by the representatives of Kyiv, Luhansk and Donetsk with the participation of Russia and the OSCE. They unanimously approved in the UN security Council. Probably, there are possible interpretations of certain nuances, but not to the extent as it was manifested in the decisions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. The documents say that the development of practical conduct of elections due to Ukrainian law, has to be exercised with the consent of the Donetsk and Lugansk. Soon after informing truce in the Donbass resumed shooting, the parties blame each other in violation of a "silence" and report that conduct only return fire. Kiev is considering an appeal to the UN and the EU on the introduction in the Donbass peacekeepers.
