The implementation of the Minsk agreements is the only way to resolve the situation in the East of Ukraine, said the self-proclaimed head of the Luhansk national Republic (LNR) Igor Carpenter.

Carpenter before said means for peaceful negotiations between Kyiv and Donetsk until exhausted, although the right of republics to respond to aggression enshrined in the Minsk agreements.
