International efforts, as well as among them, meetings and dialogues in Berlin and Riga, helped to move towards Ukrainian settlement, says Minister of foreign Affairs of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier.
"I think that, given the conversations here, and yesterday simultaneous meetings in Berlin working group secretaries of state with the participation of Russia, Ukraine and France, as well as international contact group and the messenger of the observation mission, that we, having in mind all these events have taken a step forward (towards the Ukrainian settlement)," said Steinmeier in Riga, where the meeting of foreign Ministers of the EU countries.
Authorized foreign "channel four" (Russia, Ukraine, Germany, France) discussed yesterday in Berlin organization to oversee the implementation of the Minsk agreements, as well as among them the extension of the OSCE mission and the development of working groups.
