Summarising: Russia to take all gold in Olympic figure skating?

At present Irina Slutskaya is 0,03 points behind the American figure skater Sasha Cohen, leading in the women`s competition after the short programme. Irina deserves giving her due - her performance was irreproachable, however, the judges (alas, but it was not unexpected) gave her programme low score.

Figure skating: Navka and Kostomarov leading after original programme

Ice dancers Tatyana Navka and Roman Kostomarov are leading after the original programme. Russian duet was rewarded by judges with a score of 37.07. Together with a score of 38,20 for previous compulsory programme, they took the first place with a total of 99.27.

Another Russian skiers suspended from competition
