Ne tolko urozjentsi Rossii ne mogut uchastvovat v loteree, a eshe massa drugih stran (Velikobritania, Polsha...). I delo ne v predvziatosti USA k Rossii- prosto esli za poslednie 5 let is strani priechalo bolee 50 tisiach immigrantov, to strana v loteree ne uchastvuet.
Dear Administration! I ask to understand my position and to consider the problem on the further state of affairs in sphere of defense of your state! The United States northern America for today are very vulnerable, and it seems to me frank nonsense to spend force and time for that to work in the country which not in a condition properly to provide the defensibility.
